Overview: The Flu Update Guidelines Course is designed to equip healthcare professionals, including general practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists, with the latest information on the influenza immunisation programme. This comprehensive update will cover the new guidelines, policy changes, best practices, and evidence-based recommendations for the upcoming flu season in the UK.

Aims To provide attendees with the latest information on the influenza virus, vaccines, administration techniques, and patient management. To enhance the skills of healthcare providers in vaccine administration, patient counselling, and compliance with the updated national guidelines. To encourage compliance with the current national influenza vaccination guidelines and foster an understanding of the importance of immunisation in community health.

Objectives By the end of this course, participants should be able to:
