Designed specifically for general practice staff, including HCAs, HCSWs, and practice nurses, this practical session covers the key knowledge and techniques needed to support patients presenting with ear concerns in primary care. Learn how to safely perform otoscopy, recognise red flags, manage wax build-up, prepare for ear irrigation, and deliver safe, effective patient advice — all aligned with current UK guidelines, including NICE Clinical Knowledge Summaries and BSA Ear Care Standards.
