The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) are responsible for regulating registered pharmacies and registered pharmacy professional. The guidance for providing pharmacy services at a distance, including online, has been updated in February 2025 to strengthen the safeguards that we expect registered pharmacies to have to make sure services are provided safely and effectively. The session will focus on the key changes to the guidance with emphasis on providing a weight-loss service at a distance. The session will be led by Rajan Patel who is a Regional Manager and Inspector for the GPhC.
