About Ameet
Ameet Gordhan is an experienced Clinical Respiratory Pharmacist with specialist expertise in the assessment and management of respiratory conditions across both adult and paediatric practice. As a lecturer with Belmatt Healthcare Training, Ameet teaches across our Chronic Disease Management, Minor Illness and Prescribing programmes, with particular focus on asthma, COPD, cough and the safe and effective use of respiratory medicines in adults and children. He has also delivered respiratory education for healthcare professionals through educational hubs across the UK, supporting clinicians to translate current evidence and national guidance into everyday practice. Ameet brings a practical, medicines-focused perspective to his teaching, using clinical cases to explore assessment, treatment optimisation, prescribing decisions, inhaler therapy and patient education. His sessions are particularly relevant to healthcare professionals working in general practice, primary care and urgent care.
