Susan Strong is an experienced healthcare leader, educator and lecturer with a strong background in general practice and primary care. She is the current President of the General Practice and Primary Care Section at the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM), where she contributes to professional education, multidisciplinary learning and the development of primary care practice.
Susan has extensive experience in leadership, communication and conflict management within healthcare teams, with particular expertise in supporting practice managers, administrative teams and other professionals working in general practice. Her teaching explores the practical challenges faced by primary care teams, including managing difficult conversations, resolving conflict, improving team communication and creating positive workplace cultures.
As a lecturer with Belmatt Healthcare Training, Susan brings a highly practical and engaging approach to education, drawing on real-world primary care experience to help participants develop skills they can apply immediately within their own organisations.
