Day 1 – ENT & Respiratory

ENT conditions: ear pain, otitis externa/media, sinusitis, sore throat, tonsillitis, nasal obstruction

Respiratory illness: acute cough, bronchitis, asthma, COPD, breathlessness

Key red flags: sudden hearing loss, quinsy, pneumonia indicators
Day 2 – Gastrointestinal & Gynaecology

Gastrointestinal conditions: constipation, diarrhoea, IBS, reflux, gastritis

Gynaecology: menstrual disorders, vaginal discharge, contraception, pelvic pain

UTI management: NICE & UKHSA guidance, dipstick interpretation

Critical red flags: ectopic pregnancy, appendicitis, GI bleeding
Day 3 – Headaches, Dermatology & Clinical Decision-Making

Back and neck pain: mechanical vs neurological causes

Joint pain: inflammatory vs non-inflammatory MSK conditions

Headaches & migraine: diagnostic criteria, red flags, acute management
